Music, Mime, Arts, Dance and Drama (MMADD)

If these things sound good to you then MMADD Camp is the place for you! From Clowning around, to Whacky Olympics, and just going for hikes and chilling by the pool there is never a dull moment at MMADD camp and mostly because our campers and staff are some of the craziest and most inspired people you have ever met. So, come and join our MMADD family!
DIRECTORS: Sarah Ambrose-Sypolt, Bobby Burtt and Erin Conner are the lead trio for MMADD camp again this summer.
Sarah (she/her/hers) is a member of St. Paul UCC, Navarre, and has been teaching music for 16 years, this being her 12th year of teaching elementary general music for Dover City Schools. She holds a Bachelor’s of Music Education Degree from Heidelberg and Master’s of Music Education Degree from VanderCook College of Music. Camping isn’t just something Sarah does, no it’s something her family does, from retreats, to camping, to being on camp staff Heartland Conference Outdoor Ministries has played a big part in their lives. Sarah is keeping the camp lineage going, as she is currently raising two beautiful little girls with her husband of 4 years.
Bobby (he/him/his) is a lifetime member of Christ UCC at Myers, in Massillon, Ohio, and is a Member-in-Discernment with the Living Water- ONE Association. He is currently finishing up his first year of seminary education at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary in Dubuque. IA. Bobby has been a lifetime camper, counselor and director with the Heartland Conference Outdoor Ministries. In addition to his camp experiences he has been in numerous musicals, operas, choirs, and has even traveled to Italy and Switzerland as a soloist with a summer music festival.
Erin (she/her/hers) is a lifetime member of Sycamore UCC, in Sycamore, Ohio. She is a Licensed Social Worker who graduated from Defiance College with a Bachelor of Social Work and Case Western Reserve University with a Master’s in Social Work. Another lifetime camper, Erin wasn’t just raised at camp, but her parents met and fell in love while working at camp as well. Erin plays several instruments and has even served as field commander in her high school marching band. Erin also has a passion for photography and when she isn’t helping people better their lives, she is out capturing the moment for people with her camera.
